TortugAds provides an affiliate marketing tracking platform that enables users to:

• Track affiliate campaigns and conversions
• Manage multiple traffic sources and offers
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Integrate with third-party platforms and networks

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to process it solely for providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TortugAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
